We use "Ryu no Hitomi" rice from Gifu Prefecture! The grains are larger than other varieties, have a chewy texture, and you can fully enjoy the stickiness and sweetness.The rice is cooked fresh in the store and pairs perfectly with the pickles, so you can enjoy it as is or as a final dish such as ochazuke!
